Terms of Service

1. Who we are

BizAgan (the "Service") is operated by John Yendes ("BizAgan", "we", "our", "us") and publishes the Low-Cost Entrepreneur Series — 100 digital business plans plus the System Booklet. By using BizAgan.com (the "Site") or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.

2. What you're buying

Each BizAgan product is a written business plan delivered as a digital PDF download. Plans are educational and informational. They are not legal, tax, financial, or business advice. They do not guarantee any specific outcome, income, or result. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, market, location, skill, capital, and timing.

3. License & permitted use

When you purchase a plan, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the plan(s) for your own business-building purposes. You may:

  • Download the PDF up to 10 times per file within 30 days.
  • Print one personal copy for your reference.
  • Apply the plan to launch and operate your own business.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or upload the PDF anywhere public or semi-public.
  • Repackage the content as your own product, course, or book.
  • Train AI models on the content.
  • Remove copyright or attribution notices.

Educational institutions (junior colleges, continuation schools, high schools, and adult education programs) using BizAgan as curriculum must purchase an Education License separately — email edu@bizagan.com.

4. Payment, delivery & refunds

Payment is processed by Stripe. After successful payment, you receive an email with a magic-link to your downloads page. The link is valid for 30 days, with a maximum of 10 downloads per file.

All sales are final. Refunds are not offered. See our Refund Policy for details. By completing checkout you accept this policy.

Chargebacks filed after successful delivery may be reported as fraud. We dispute every chargeback with full delivery evidence. If you have a problem, email orders@bizagan.com first.

5. Gifts

When you purchase as a gift, you authorize us to email the recipient your provided email address, optional note, and download link. You remain the buyer of record for refund and dispute purposes. The same license terms apply to the recipient.

6. No income guarantees

The covers, marketing materials, and individual plans reference revenue ranges (e.g. "$3,000–$6,000+ monthly") and margins (e.g. "85%+") as potential targets based on the model described. These are not promises, guarantees, or representations of typical buyer earnings. Earnings vary based on factors entirely outside our control.

7. User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or any product for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass download limits, share magic-links, or circumvent license terms.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Site's code or content beyond personal use.
  • Misrepresent yourself or your recipient identity in gift orders.

8. Intellectual property

All BizAgan content — covers, plan text, the System Booklet, the Site itself, the BizAgan name and logo — is owned by John Yendes. Copyright 2026. All rights reserved.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizAgan and John Yendes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data — arising from your use of the Service or any product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California (USA), excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of California, or in small-claims court for qualifying claims. You waive any right to a class action.
